Schedule/Hours:

  • Full-time assignment with 810 hour workdays based on patient care needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Active California Physical Therapist license (or eligibility if licensure is in process).
  • Strong knowledge of current PT practices and continuing education courses encouraged.
  • Proficient with Electronic Medical Records, ICD-10 coding, and billing processes.
  • Ability to supervise PT Assistants and Aides.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA, OSHA, federal, and state healthcare regulations.
  • Physical capacity to lift 50+ pounds and assist with patient mobility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and treat patients, implementing effective rehabilitation programs.
  • Maintain accurate patient documentation, reports, and discharge summaries.
  • Supervise support staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Collaborate closely with front office staff and referring physicians.
  • Uphold patient privacy and safety at all times.
  • Participate in marketing and referral activities as needed.
