Schedule:

  • 7:00 AM 7:00 PM

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid and current Physical Therapist (PT) license
  • Minimum of one year of recent experience in a hospital or acute care setting preferred
  • Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and therapists
  • Current BLS certification (American Heart Association) required
  • Excellent patient care and organizational abilities

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for a diverse patient population
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to promote strength, mobility, and functional recovery
  • Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately and promptly
  • Educate patients and families on mobility strategies, home exercise regimens, and safe discharge planning
  • Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity and quality of care
  • Support patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, adapting plans as their needs evolve
