Responsibilities:
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services, emphasizing neuro and vestibular treatments.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to create and implement effective therapy plans.
- Document patient progress accurately using EPIC and Cedaron EMR systems.
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and industry standards.
- Perform duties within a 36-hour workweek, Monday to Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:45 p.m.
- Uphold the facilitys dress code and professional healthcare practices.
Qualifications / Desired Experience:
- Active Virginia Physical Therapist License or proof of license application status.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in physical therapy.
- Preferably experienced in outpatient settings, with neuro and vestibular therapy skills.
Schedule / Hours:
- Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:45 p.m.
- No weekend or on-call duties.
