Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist license issued by the State of Nebraska
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• A minimum of 1 year of relevant, recent experience post-graduation (applications with at least 6 months of solid experience post-graduation will also be considered)
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Commitment to ethical and patient-centered therapy care
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy plans for patients in the hospital setting
• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions aimed at restoring function, improving mobility, and supporting rehabilitation goals
• Accurately document treatment sessions and patient progress in accordance with regulatory and hospital standards
• Communicate regularly with interdisciplinary team members, supporting a collaborative approach to patient care
• Provide patient and family education to maximize treatment effectiveness and aid in recovery
• Adhere to all facility policies, safety protocols, and professional standards
