Skills & Experience Sought:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active California PT license in good standing
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum 2 years recent PT experience in a hospital setting
- Excellent critical-thinking, organizational, and documentation skills
- Proficient in patient assessment, treatment planning, and progress evaluation
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions for a variety of inpatient and outpatient cases
- Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to formulate comprehensive care plans
- Document patient progress and coordinate discharge planning
- Educate patients and families on home exercises and recovery techniques
