Schedule/Hours:

  • 36-hour weekly guarantee based on productivity (minimum 27 points per week)
  • Flexibility to travel outside designated area if necessary
  • Weekend coverage may be required

Qualifications:

  • Active California Physical Therapist (PT) license
  • Current BLS certification
  • Valid drivers license, auto insurance, and registration
  • Up-to-date immunizations (TB, MMR, Varicella, HepB, Tdap, Flu)
  • Ability to work with Covid-positive or PUI patients as needed
  • Strong documentation and organizational abilities

Responsibilities:

  • Provide physical therapy evaluations, routine visits, and treatment interventions
  • Complete OASIS assessments and required documentation promptly
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and interprofessional teams
  • Maintain compliance with all health and safety standards
