Schedule/Hours:
- 36-hour guarantee available based on meeting weekly patient visit expectations (27 points per week)
- Weekend coverage may be required
- Occasional travel outside of assigned areas
Key Qualifications:
- Current California Physical Therapy License
- BLS certification
- Valid drivers license, auto insurance, and registration
- Up-to-date immunizations: TB (annual), MMR, Varicella, HepB, TDap (within last 10 years), Flu (annual)
- Ability to travel as needed and handle varying caseloads, including Covid+ patients
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality physical therapy services in both home health and hospital settings
- Complete patient assessments, treatments, recertifications, and documentation accurately
- Travel within assigned counties and occasionally beyond to maintain appropriate caseload
- Adhere to clinical protocols and maintain compliance with all documentation standards
