Schedule/Hours
- 36-hour guarantee with productivity expectations, or flexible non-guarantee scheduling for full caseloads
- Weekend coverage may be required
- Potential travel within and occasionally outside assigned territories
Qualifications/Desired Experience
- Active California Physical Therapy License
- Current BLS certification
- Valid drivers license, auto insurance, and vehicle registration
- Up-to-date immunizations: TB (annual), MMR, Varicella, HepB, Tdap (last 10 years), and annual flu shot
- Willingness to work with COVID-positive or PUI patients as needed
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional therapy services including evaluations, discharge planning, and follow-up assessments
- Complete thorough, timely documentation and communicate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Travel across assigned territories to meet patient care and agency requirements
- Flexibly adapt to census fluctuations and provide weekend care when required
