Join an opportunity to provide specialized physical therapy services within a home health environment in Solano County, California. This travel position focuses on delivering high-quality patient care while managing clinical responsibilities in a dynamic setting, prioritizing start of care visits and supervising Physical Therapy Assistants.

Location: This role is based in Solano County, CA, with occasional expansion to nearby areas as needed. Solano County offers a diverse community with access to natural beauty and urban amenities, providing a balanced lifestyle for healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prioritize and conduct start of care visits promptly
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants adhering to clinical standards
• Complete clinical documentation and notes within 48 hours of visits
• Report start of care visits the next day without delay
• Maintain consistent communication with supervisors, intake personnel, and office teams
• Demonstrate responsiveness during normal business hours

Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapist license in California
• Minimum one year of experience in home health physical therapy
• Comfortable using digital documentation systems (Kinnser)
• Ability to manage workload aligned with a 40-hour weekly schedule (Saturday-Wednesday)

Schedule:

• 40 hours per week
• Workdays: Saturday through Wednesday

Additional Details:

• Three days of training provided (one in-house, two in the field)
• Equipment provided including iPad and Verizon One Talk device
• Mileage, parking, and toll reimbursements available
• Option to use a company car with adjusted billing rate
• Productivity expectations of 30 points per week, equating to approximately 40 hours
