Provide expert physical therapy services in an adult outpatient hospital setting, focusing on patients with a variety of neurological and musculoskeletal diagnoses. This contract opportunity spans 12 weeks with a daytime schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, offering a consistent work routine without call, weekend, or holiday shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive physical therapy treatment for patients with Parkinsons disease, stroke, multiple sclerosis, gait, and balance dysfunction.
- Manage a daily caseload of at least 9 patients, ensuring high-quality care tailored to individual needs.
- Utilize EPIC electronic medical records for documentation and communication.
- Adhere to facility protocols, including vaccination requirements and badge attestation processes.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Licensed Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
- Minimum of 2 years of adult outpatient experience with neurological and musculoskeletal diagnoses.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- EPIC electronic health record proficiency.
- Fully vaccinated status, including COVID booster.
- Open to first-time travel therapists eager to expand their experience.
