Provide expert physical therapy care in an engaging outpatient setting serving a diverse patient population in a rural health environment. This travel Physical Therapist opportunity is located in Frankfort, OH, offering a dynamic caseload including orthopedic and neurological patients ranging from ages 10 to 100. Work primarily one-on-one with patients, utilizing Epic for documentation, and occasionally float to inpatient care as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, treat, and manage a variety of outpatient cases with a focus on patient-centered care and positive outcomes.
• Deliver care aligned with high professional and ethical standards, emphasizing continuous growth and development.
• Supervise and support therapy assistants involved in patient care to ensure cohesive treatment plans.
• Effectively manage time and collaborate within a multidisciplinary healthcare team to optimize patient services.
• Maintain thorough, accurate documentation in Epic and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Active Physical Therapist license with experience in outpatient orthopedics and neurology.
• Strong communication and customer service skills tailored to diverse patient needs.
• Ability to adapt to a rural healthcare setting and engage effectively across a wide age range.
• Experience with Epic documentation is preferred.
• Reside outside a 60-mile radius of Frankfort, OH, as this is a travel assignment.

Schedule & Hours:

• Clinic hours: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM
• Shift options: 36-40 hours per week, Monday through Friday; evenings included.
• Flexible scheduling options available (three 12-hour days, four 10-hour days, or variable 8-hour days).
• No weekends, holidays, or on-call responsibilities.
