Schedule/Hours:

• 3640 hours/week; MondayFriday
• Flexible shifts available: choose from 3x12s, 4x10s, or variable 8-hour days (some evening hours required)
• No weekends, holidays, or on-call shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct, one-on-one outpatient care to patients with orthopedic, neurological, and diverse rehabilitation needs covering ages 10 to 100
• Perform patient evaluations, develop and implement personalized treatment plans
• Float occasionally to inpatient settings to broaden your clinical skill set
• Maintain clear, accurate documentation using Epic EMR system
• Supervise, mentor, and support therapy assistants in patient care
• Uphold high moral and professional standards, demonstrating a commitment to quality outcomes and continuous self-improvement

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist with capability to practice in Ohio
• Must reside more than 60 miles from the work location
• Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills
• Outstanding customer service and effective communication abilities
• Proficient time management and teamwork practices
• Previous experience in outpatient or rural health settings preferred
