Schedule/Hours:
- 40 hours per week
- 8-hour day shifts, MondayFriday
- Occasional weekend flexibility available for those interested in extra hours
- No required on-call, holiday, or regular weekend work
Qualifications:
- Current Alaska Physical Therapist License
- BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of general physical therapy experience (5+ years preferred)
- Previous hospital-based or home health experience valuable
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver physical therapy services to patients in home health and rehab settings
- Perform comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to achieve the highest patient outcomes
