Youll work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to optimize care and outcomes.

Responsibilities include:

• Design, implement, and modify evidence-based therapy treatments aligned with departmental goals.
• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans to encourage rehabilitation and improvement.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other allied health professionals as a co-leader in group therapy settings.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting therapies as needed for the most effective outcomes.
• Offer education and guidance to patients and families to support ongoing healing and well-being.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and best practices for safe, ethical care.

Desired qualifications and experience:

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Previous experience in a hospital environment preferred.
• Solid understanding of rehabilitation principles and multidisciplinary care models.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
