Job Description

Make a real impact supporting patients across the lifespan through expert physical therapy services in a hospital environment. This contract opportunity is ideal for compassionate professionals, including new graduates and seasoned therapists, eager to expand their clinical capabilities while caring for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric clients.

Schedule/Hours:

  • Expect to complete 10 patient visits per day, 50 per week.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of previous experience preferred; open to new graduates with strong clinical skills and a desire to learn.
  • Background or interest in treating diverse populations: pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and seniors.
  • Ability to adhere to a business casual dress code.

Therapy Focus & Clinical Duties:

  • Conduct comprehensive gross motor assessments and participate in next generation screenings.
  • Build and manage a caseload while contributing to individualized treatment plans.
  • Work with a variety of orthopedic cases, including but not limited to: Achilles tendonitis, ACL tears, post-operative back pain, fractures, rotator cuff repairs, osteoarthritis, and joint replacements.
  • Provide neuro rehabilitation for conditions such as Alzheimers, dementia, degenerative diseases, and vestibular disorders/vertigo.
  • Employ evidence-based practices to enhance functional outcomes and promote patient independence.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize overall patient care.
