This is an exciting opportunity to expand your resume while experiencing varied clinical settings, primarily providing care in home health with some responsibilities in rehabilitation. Schedule and Hours:

  • 16-week assignment
  • 40 hours per week
  • 8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday
  • Occasional weekend shifts available for those interested in extra work
  • No on-call or holiday requirements

Qualifications:

  • Current Physical Therapist license in Alaska
  • BLS certification
  • Minimum 2 years general Physical Therapy experience (5+ years preferred)
  • Experience in both home health and rehab settings is a plus

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality therapy services primarily in home health, with some rehab coverage as assigned
  • Assess, plan, and implement individualized patient rehabilitation plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and contribute to care planning
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
