This is an exciting opportunity to expand your resume while experiencing varied clinical settings, primarily providing care in home health with some responsibilities in rehabilitation. Schedule and Hours:
- 16-week assignment
- 40 hours per week
- 8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday
- Occasional weekend shifts available for those interested in extra work
- No on-call or holiday requirements
Qualifications:
- Current Physical Therapist license in Alaska
- BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years general Physical Therapy experience (5+ years preferred)
- Experience in both home health and rehab settings is a plus
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide quality therapy services primarily in home health, with some rehab coverage as assigned
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized patient rehabilitation plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and contribute to care planning
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
