This full-time role provides an exceptional setting to develop advanced therapy skills in a dynamic hospital environment. Youll work alongside diverse healthcare professionals, gaining exposure to varying approaches in patient care, leadership, and interdisciplinary teamwork. Schedule/Hours:
- Five 8-hour shifts per week
- Includes every other Saturday
- Weekend, holiday, floating, and on-call requirements as needed
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited program in Physical Therapy
- Current, valid PT license
- Current BLS certification
Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate patients functional abilities and limitations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, considering all aspects of care (physical, social, spiritual, cultural, and educational)
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation per regulatory standards
- Communicate with healthcare team members for coordinated, high-quality care
- Supervise and delegate tasks to ensure safe, effective therapy delivery
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to operational activities
- Exhibit flexibility with caseload, assignments, and scheduling
