Schedule & Hours

  • 40 hours per week
  • 8-hour day shifts
  • Monday Friday

Qualifications

  • Active AK Physical Therapist license
  • Current BLS certification
  • Minimum 2 years of general PT experience (preference for 5+ years)
  • Demonstrated proficiency in both home health and rehab environments
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive physical therapy interventions to patients in home health settings and some rehab caseloads
  • Create individualized treatment plans focused on improving mobility, strength, and quality of life
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
