Schedule:

  • 8-hour day shifts
  • Monday Friday
  • 40 hours per week
  • No set weekend rotation, but occasional weekend work may be available if desired
  • No on-call or holiday requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based physical therapy to patients in both home health and occasional inpatient rehab settings.
  • Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and track progress for optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring seamless patient transitions and care coordination.
  • Adapt practices to fit individual patient needs while promoting functional recovery and independence.
  • Maintain detailed clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years general physical therapy experience (5+ years preferred).
  • Current Alaska PT license required.
  • BLS certification required.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of a range of therapeutic interventions in hospital and home health settings.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
