Schedule & Hours
- 40 hours per week
- 8-hour day shifts
- Monday Friday

Qualifications
- Active AK Physical Therapist license
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of general PT experience (preference for 5+ years)
- Demonstrated proficiency in both home health and rehab environments
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive physical therapy interventions to patients in home health settings and some rehab caseloads
- Create individualized treatment plans focused on improving mobility, strength, and quality of life
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
