Schedule:

• Monday through Thursday: 7:30 a.m. 5:15 p.m. (four 10-hour days)
• No weekends or on-call required

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Physical Therapist, with a focus on outpatient and neuro rehabilitative care
• Active BLS certification (AHA only)
• Current or pending VA licensure (please include license or status with application)
• Strong documentation skills using EPIC (preferred)
• Ability to thrive in an independent, fast-paced setting

Responsibilities:

• Deliver skilled physical therapy services to outpatient rehab patients, addressing a range of neuro and orthopedic conditions
• Establish and implement individualized care plans to maximize patient mobility, function, and quality of life
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records in EPIC
• Uphold professional standards and facility dress code (black scrubs)
