  • Excellent communication and patient education skills
  • Commitment to collaborative, patient-centered care

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and individualized treatment plans for hospital inpatients and outpatients
  • Implement evidence-based therapy interventions aimed at restoring optimal mobility and function
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and fellow therapists to ensure integrated care delivery
  • Educate patients and their families regarding home exercises, adaptive strategies, and injury prevention
  • Accurately document patient progress and maintain therapy records in accordance with regulatory and hospital standards
  • Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to care planning
