Schedule:

  • Day shifts (5x8-hour schedule)
  • 36 guaranteed hours per week
  • No weekend or on-call requirements

Key Qualifications:

  • Current Physical Therapist license (PT)
  • Minimum of 2 years prior experience, ideally in a hospital setting
  • Experience in both neurological and orthopedic patient care; wound care history a plus
  • Proficiency using EPIC EMR preferred
  • Capable of working independently and making sound clinical decisions based on consultation, lab results, and thorough assessments

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective therapy to patients in inpatient and outpatient settings
  • Collaborate with physicians to develop comprehensive treatment plans
  • Perform thorough patient assessments, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as needed
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in EPIC
