Schedule:
- Day shifts (5x8-hour schedule)
- 36 guaranteed hours per week
- No weekend or on-call requirements
Key Qualifications:
- Current Physical Therapist license (PT)
- Minimum of 2 years prior experience, ideally in a hospital setting
- Experience in both neurological and orthopedic patient care; wound care history a plus
- Proficiency using EPIC EMR preferred
- Capable of working independently and making sound clinical decisions based on consultation, lab results, and thorough assessments
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide effective therapy to patients in inpatient and outpatient settings
- Collaborate with physicians to develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Perform thorough patient assessments, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as needed
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in EPIC
