Schedule/Hours:
- MondayThursday: 7:30 a.m. 5:15 p.m. (4x10s Day shifts)
- No weekends or on-call requirements
Qualifications:
- Active VA Physical Therapy license (or proof of application/status)
- BLS certification (AHA only)
- Minimum 2 years experience in physical therapy, particularly in outpatient and neuro settings
- Comfortable working autonomously within an outpatient rehab environment
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care in an outpatient neuro and rehabilitation setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
- Document patient progress and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team using EPIC EMR
- Stay up-to-date on advances in evidence-based therapy techniques
