Schedule:
- 9-hour shifts, 4 days per week

Qualifications:
- Active Physical Therapy license required at the time of submission
- Previous hospital-based therapy experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated adaptability in fast-paced clinical environments
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and implement physical therapy treatment programs for patients with various diagnoses
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other specialists to deliver holistic patient care
- Educate patients and families regarding therapy goals, home programs, and safety
- Document clinical findings and progress in accordance with hospital guidelines
- Contribute to patient discharge planning to ensure continuity of care
