Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications:

  • Current, active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Rhode Island (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Previous hospital-based therapy experience strongly preferred
  • Solid understanding of acute and rehabilitative care
  • Strong communication and patient engagement abilities
  • Adaptable, with a commitment to evidence-based practice

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive Physical Therapy assessments and design individualized treatment plans for hospital patients

  • Participate in interdisciplinary case reviews and care coordination initiatives
  • Offer education to patients and families regarding rehabilitation goals and home programs
