Qualifications:
- Current Physical Therapist license in Ohio
- Valid CPR certification
- Proficiency with electronic documentation systems
- Experience with orthopedic, rehab, and sports medicine cases preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and implement physical therapy treatments for adults and geriatric patients
- Address common orthopedic diagnoses, including neck/back pain, total joint and rotator cuff rehab, ACL rehab, knee arthroscopies, and general arthritis
- Provide evidence-based care for both post-surgical and sports injury clients
- Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
- Accurately document progress in electronic health records
