Seeking a dedicated professional with experience in hospital-based physical therapy to deliver expert rehabilitative services to patients experiencing disease or injury. Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patient needs to develop individualized treatment plans focused on restoring movement, reducing pain, and improving function.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary medical teams to ensure coordinated care across the patients continuum.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, home care activities, and prevention of future injury.
• Adhere to all regulatory, safety, and quality care standards, maintaining meticulous documentation of patient treatments and outcomes.
• Participate in performance improvement activities and foster a supportive, patient-centered care setting.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Demonstrated experience in a hospital or acute care environment preferred.

$1,694 - $1,792/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
