Job Description

Key Qualifications:

  • Ability to work autonomously under limited supervision
  • Strong communication and patient education skills
  • Compassionate approach to working with diverse patient populations

Schedule:

  • Contract position (specific schedule to be discussed during interview process)

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver a variety of therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, relieve pain, and restore function
  • Monitor and document patient progress, adapting plans as needed for optimal outcomes
  • Educate patients, family members, and caregivers on exercises and techniques to support ongoing improvement
  • Communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care
  • Adhere to ethical, professional, and regulatory standards as set forth by APTA
