This travel role at a reputable rehabilitation and care center guarantees 36 hours each week, giving you the ideal balance to gain exposure to innovative therapy approaches and diverse patient populations. • Guaranteed 36 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive physical therapy evaluation and intervention for patients in a hospital setting
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other rehabilitation professionals to develop patient-centered care plans
• Document patient progress, goals, and outcomes with accuracy and timeliness
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic goals and home-based exercises
• Uphold infection control and safety standards in all patient care activities

Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Texas (or compact/multistate eligibility)
• Recent experience in an acute care hospital or rehab center preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
