This travel assignment starts in Chelsea and transitions to a new location in Revere come July, giving you dynamic work environments to hone your adaptability and broaden your professional network. The role will elevate your resume as you contribute to interdisciplinary teams, experience various leadership styles, and refine your skills through exposure to diverse patient populations.

Youll engage in ongoing quality improvement processes, mentor and supervise PTAs, and play an active part in patient education and care planning.
Schedule/Hours:
- Travel role with initial placement in Chelsea, switching to Revere in July
Key Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program
- Bachelors, Masters, or Doctor of Physical Therapy degree depending on licensure date
- Current Physical Therapist license (MA)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- 1-2 years of experience in hospital, rehab, or ambulatory settings (required)
- Orthopedic PT experience (required)
- Strong organizational, teaching, and case management abilities
- Skilled in EMR systems and professional medical communication
Responsibilities:
- Assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Set, document, and communicate therapy goals and progress
- Conduct manual therapy and guide patients with exercises and assistive devices
- Adjust treatment plans for maximum benefit and safety
- Educate and support patients and families
- Participate in hospital-wide quality improvement initiatives
- Supervise PTAs in accordance with regulations

Compensation for this position ranges from $28.06 to $50.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
