This position lets you supervise and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants and Home Health Aides, while also contributing to innovative care planning. Schedule/Hours:

  • Travel assignment
  • Includes home visits and periodic office meetings

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Current, unencumbered physical therapy license in North Carolina (or eligibility for licensure)
  • At least 2-3 years of physical therapy experience preferred
  • Reliable transportation, valid drivers license, and agency-required liability insurance
  • Current CPR certification
  • Comfortable with basic computer functions and managing online HR/training

Responsibilities:

  • Perform patient evaluations and therapeutic interventions per physicians orders
  • Assist in formulation and updates of individualized care plans
  • Oversee and support Physical Therapy Assistants and Home Health Aides
  • Conduct and document patient visits; regularly report to the clinical management team
  • Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and families
  • Ensure compliance with all state regulations and agency standards
