Schedule:
- Days (5x8 hour shifts or 4 shifts of 910 hours, based on preference)
- 36 hours guaranteed weekly
- Weekend hours: Not applicable
- On-call as required
Role Highlights:
- Evaluate and treat patients in both inpatient and outpatient hospital settings
- Provide care for a broad case mix: orthopedic, neurological, and occasional wound care
- Collaborate with PT, OT, and Speech Therapy team members
- Document care within EPIC EMR system
- Support an environment with low no-show rates in outpatient

Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
- Experience in both inpatient and outpatient care preferred
- Ability to work with diverse diagnoses, including ortho, neuro, and wound care
