Provide skilled physical therapy services in a home health setting, following physician orders to improve patient mobility and function. Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Successful completion of an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current, valid physical therapy license for Massachusetts.
• Minimum 2-3 years of physical therapy experience preferred.
• CPR certification is required.
• Proficiency with computer systems for documentation, communication, and training.
• Reliable transportation and ability to conduct home visits.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
