Schedule:
- Business casual dress
- Active patient caseload: 25-30
- 12-13 patient visits per day
Essential Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, assess, and develop strategic care plans for a wide array of orthopedic and post-surgical conditions, including but not limited to Achilles tendonitis, ACL tears, low back pain, fractures, and joint replacements.
- Conduct comprehensive fall risk assessments and deliver evidence-based interventions across various age groups.
- Utilize NextGen case management software for patient documentation and care coordination.
- Foster recovery and mobility, emphasizing patient-centred results and functional improvement.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active Physical Therapist license
- Minimum of 1 year experience in hospital-based therapy; new graduates will not be considered
- Proficiency with adolescent, adult, and geriatric caseloads
- Familiarity with NextGen EMR is a plus
- Strong clinical skills in treating a range of orthopedic and neuromuscular conditions
