This assignment provides a chance to elevate your practice in a progressive hospital therapy environment, working alongside diverse leadership teams. Schedule:

  • Business casual dress
  • Active patient caseload: 25-30
  • 12-13 patient visits per day

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, assess, and develop strategic care plans for a wide array of orthopedic and post-surgical conditions, including but not limited to Achilles tendonitis, ACL tears, low back pain, fractures, and joint replacements.
  • Conduct comprehensive fall risk assessments and deliver evidence-based interventions across various age groups.
  • Utilize NextGen case management software for patient documentation and care coordination.
  • Foster recovery and mobility, emphasizing patient-centred results and functional improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active Physical Therapist license
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in hospital-based therapy; new graduates will not be considered
  • Proficiency with adolescent, adult, and geriatric caseloads
  • Familiarity with NextGen EMR is a plus
  • Strong clinical skills in treating a range of orthopedic and neuromuscular conditions
