Schedule/Hours:
- Flexible shifts, tailored for travel professionals
- 12-13 patient visits daily
- Manage an active caseload of 25-30 patients
Qualifications/Experience:
- Active Physical Therapy license
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hospital or clinical setting (new graduates will not be considered)
- Familiarity with NextGen electronic case management
- Experience working with adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations
- Proficiency in managing post-op, ortho, and fall-risk patients
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to adhere to a business casual dress code
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Oversee post-operative ortho cases (e.g., ACL tear, total joint replacement, rotator cuff repair)
- Treat a full spectrum of musculoskeletal and neurological diagnoses
- Perform fall risk assessments and provide injury prevention education
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation using NextGen
- Foster a collaborative environment with medical and support staff
