Schedule/Hours:
- Monday Thursday, 7:30 AM 5:15 PM (4x10-hour shifts)
- No weekend or on-call requirementsenjoy extended weekends to relax or explore
Qualifications & Experience
- Active Virginia PT license (please indicate status when applying)
- BLS certification (AHA only)
- Minimum 2 years professional experience in Physical Therapy, including outpatient and neurorehabilitation
- Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
- Familiarity with EPIC EMR preferred
Role Duties
- Deliver patient-centered care in an outpatient rehab environment with a neuro focus
- Develop and implement tailored therapy plans based on up-to-date evidence-based practice
- Work collaboratively with physicians, rehab staff, and patients to support progress and functional goals
- Accurately document treatment sessions and patient outcomes using EPIC
- Adhere to established dress code (black scrubs) and facility policies
