Schedule:

• Full-time contract position
• Outpatient primary assignment, with inpatient float as needed

Qualifications and Experience:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) required
• Ability to delegate responsibilities to Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides
• Competent in assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation per current standards and regulations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective patient and team collaboration
• Comfortable with technology-driven documentation and use of electronic health records
• Experience in both outpatient and acute care settings preferred

Core Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patient function using formal/informal measures, considering skeletal, neurological, respiratory, and cardiovascular status
• Develop and regularly update treatment regimes based on assessments and patient tolerance; tailor plans in consultation with referring physicians
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about conditions, alternatives, and home exercise programs
• Supervise and support Physical Therapist Assistants, Aides, and students in line with regulatory and affiliate standards
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, participate in care conferences, and contribute to program development and quality improvement
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and ensure compliance with billing and regulatory procedures
• Promote safety, confidentiality, and adherence to OSHA standards
