Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Valid and current Physical Therapist (PT) license
  • Proven experience in a hospital or rehabilitation setting, preferably with exposure to physical therapy for diverse patient populations
  • Excellent documentation and assessment skills
  • Adaptable, with strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient evaluations, develop and implement personalized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and fellow therapists to ensure optimal patient care
  • Document progress, communicate findings to the healthcare team, and update care plans as necessary
  • Educate patients and their families regarding diagnosis, treatment plans, and post-discharge care
