Schedule/Hours:
- Expect approximately 10 patient visits per day, totaling about 50 visits per week.
Key Qualifications:
- At least one year of prior therapy experience preferred; new graduates with enthusiasm and foundational skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Licensed Physical Therapist with strong clinical judgment and exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Comfort in treating a broad spectrum of cases, including orthopedic, neurological, and post-operative conditions.
- Proficiency and confidence in gross motor assessments, building caseloads, and using electronic documentation tools (Next Gen Screening).
- Professionalism aligned with a business casual dress code.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality physical therapy assessments and interventions for orthopedic issues such as fractures, tendonitis, ACL injuries, and total joint replacements.
- Address neuro-related conditions like Alzheimer's, dementia, degenerative diseases, and vestibular/vertigo disorders.
- Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans for each patient, monitor progress, and adjust therapy as needed.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and families regarding home exercise programs and preventive measures.
