Responsibilities:

• Deliver skilled, patient-centered therapy for a caseload of 25-30 active patients, including 12-13 visits per day.
• Manage care for adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations with a focus on orthopedic conditions such as ACL tears, post-op rotator cuff repair, disc herniation, fractures, and more.
• Complete comprehensive fall risk assessments and maintain accurate documentation using NextGen case management systems.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement individualized care plans.
• Adhere to high professional standards with a business casual dress code.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience as a licensed Physical Therapistcandidates must have post-licensure clinical experience (new graduates cannot be considered).
• Strong background in hospital-based therapy and orthopedic management.
• Familiarity with specialized diagnoses: Achilles tendonitis, back pain (post-op), carpal tunnel, and more.
• Proficiency in patient documentation and case management; experience with NextGen preferred.
• Commitment to compassionate, evidence-based patient care.
