Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications:
- Valid Physical Therapy license in Kentucky (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous hospital-based PT experience preferred
- Current BLS certification
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Adaptable, with a collaborative approach to patient care
Responsibilities:
- Assess patient conditions and design evidence-based treatment plans
- Deliver therapeutic interventions to restore mobility, reduce pain, and support functional independence
- Work alongside physicians, nurses, and other therapists to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with hospital standards
- Educate patients and families on therapy goals and home programs
- Contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives within the therapy department
