Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapy license in Kentucky (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous hospital-based PT experience preferred
• Current BLS certification
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Adaptable, with a collaborative approach to patient care

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and design evidence-based treatment plans
