Required Qualifications:

• Current and valid Physical Therapist (PT) license
• At least 1 year of recent hospital-based therapy experience preferred
• Ability to travel within assigned counties
• Strong patient assessment, care planning, and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality physical therapy interventions to patients across hospital and home health settings
• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

$1,984 - $2,099/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
