Required Qualifications:
- Current Physical Therapist license in Texas (TX)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience (within last 3 years) in a hospital outpatient setting
- Demonstrated Pelvic Health clinical experience
- Ability to work independently in a clinic, providing patient care without mentorship
