Schedule/Hours:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and design individualized PT plans, focusing primarily on orthopedic and post-surgical patients
• Deliver hands-on therapy interventions for conditions like joint replacements, arthroscopies, arthritis, sprains, and stroke
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient progress and discharge planning
• Accurately document all evaluations and treatments using electronic health records
• Educate patients and families on home exercises, safety strategies, and recovery expectations

Qualifications:

• Current Physical Therapist license (Ohio)
• CPR certification
• Proficiency with electronic documentation systems
• Experience with adult, geriatric, and sports rehab populations preferred
