Work Schedule:

  • Home visits and periodic office meetings (must have a flexible approach to scheduling).

Key Qualifications:

  • Graduation from a Physical Therapy program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association or equivalent.
  • Current, unencumbered license to practice physical therapy in North Carolina.
  • 2-3 years of clinical experience preferred.
  • Valid CPR certification.
  • Proficiency in computer use: navigating online HR services, documentation systems, and email.
  • Reliable transportation, valid drivers license, and required liability insurance.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and provide physical therapy as prescribed by physicians.
  • Develop, implement, and revise plans of care.
  • Supervise and evaluate assigned PTAs and Home Health Aides.
  • Participate in team meetings and in-service educational programs.
  • Educate patients, families, and staff on therapy programs and safety.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and uphold compliance standards.
  • Regular communication and coordination with healthcare providers regarding patient progress.
