Schedule/Hours:

• Travel position serving multiple counties

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate patient records and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Indiana (or eligible for licensure)
• Experience in hospital or home health therapy preferred
