Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license, or eligibility for licensure, in Indiana
• Recent experience in a hospital-based therapy setting preferred
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while managing a dynamic travel caseload
• Adaptable and comfortable serving diverse populations across multiple locations

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive physical therapy services to inpatients within hospital settings
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to support optimal patient outcomes
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other therapy disciplines
• Serve patients across a multi-county area, adapting care strategies based on setting and resources
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
