Qualifications:

  • Valid Physical Therapy license in California (or eligibility)
  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Experience within a hospital setting preferred
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to evidence-based, compassionate patient care

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, and implement physical therapy treatment programs for diverse patient populations
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Educate patients and their families on therapy goals and at-home care protocols
  • Participate in team meetings, patient rounds, and care planning sessions
