This opportunity is ideal for experienced Occupational Therapists seeking a dynamic hospital-based role. The position offers a balanced schedule, allowing for flexibility and diversity in your daily responsibilities. You will provide therapy services across multiple hospital settings, supporting patients' recovery journeys through collaborative, patient-centered care.

Schedule:

• 4 shifts of 10 hours each, per week
• Includes 2 weekday shifts and 2 weekend shifts
• Flexible shift options may be accommodated

Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist license required
• Experience delivering therapy in a hospital environment strongly preferred
• Adaptability to float among different hospital departments as needed
• Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Strong clinical reasoning and excellent communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy care plans for a diverse patient population
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated patient care
• Document patient progress and therapy outcomes diligently and accurately
• Educate patients and family members on therapy goals and home exercise plans
• Demonstrate flexibility by rotating between various hospital campuses for coverage
