The position may include floating to a nearby sister facility, both conveniently located.

Schedule Options:

• Preference for Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday schedules

Required Qualifications:

• Active California Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility under the 60-day provision if your license is in process)
• Experience in skilled nursing facilities is preferred; motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply and can benefit from mentorship
• Excellent documentation skills, particularly using Net Health or similar electronic systems
• Strong time-management, organization, and communication abilities
• Willingness to work flexibly and collaboratively within a dynamic healthcare team
• Openness to float to a nearby sister facility, as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and provide therapeutic interventions for patients admitted to the skilled nursing facility
• Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary care team, contributing to comprehensive patient care planning
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans to promote patient goals, safety, and maximum independence
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with facility and professional standards
