Job Description

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Current California Occupational Therapy license (or eligibility under the 60-day rule)
  • Prior skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience is preferred; open to new graduates with mentorship available
  • Demonstrable strength in documentation and time management
  • Flexible attitude and readiness to work collaboratively across teams
  • Willingness to float to a sister facility within walking distance as needed

Schedule:

  • Preference for SundayThursday or TuesdaySaturday shifts

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for patients in a SNF setting
  • Deliver effective occupational therapy interventions tailored to patient goals
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure integrated, high-quality care
  • Maintain timely documentation in Net Health, adhering to facility standards
