Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and treat patients in a skilled nursing facility environment
  • Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans
  • Complete thorough documentation using Net Health, adhering to facility standards
  • Maintain flexibility by potentially floating to a closely located sister facility within walking distance

Qualifications:

  • Active California Occupational Therapist License or in process under the 60-day rule
  • Previous experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities is preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply and will receive mentorship
  • Strong documentation and time-management skills essential
  • Flexible and collaborative approach to patient care and team interaction
  • Availability to work a preferred schedule of Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday
