Schedule:
- Day shift
- 40 hours per week
- Monday through Friday
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy from an A.O.T.A. accredited school (Masters strongly preferred)
- Current DC Occupational Therapy licensure
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of direct OT experience, ideally in acute rehab
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
- Must reside at least 50 miles from the location
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations upon physician referral
- Develop and implement age-appropriate, individualized care plans based on assessment findings
- Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy treatments as part of a collaborative, interdisciplinary team
- Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough documentation of therapeutic interventions
- Adapt to dynamic clinical needs and changing work assignments
