This travel opportunity is for an Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive therapy services across multiple care settings. The role involves delivering evaluations, treatments, and collaborating on care plans with a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in a dynamic hospital district environment.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
- Collaborate with a COTA to develop and implement patient-centered care strategies.
- Provide OT services in diverse settings, including:
- Critical Access Hospital (acute inpatient and swing bed)
- Outpatient therapy at the in-house therapy building
- Home health therapy visits
- Long-term care center (LTCC)
- Document patient progress and update care plans accordingly.
- Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and patients families.
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Current and valid Occupational Therapist license.
- Experience in hospital and outpatient therapy services preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.
- Flexibility to provide therapy services across various care settings.
