Schedule/Hours:
- 36 hours weekly
- Monday through Friday
- Alternate weekend rotation
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Active Occupational Therapist license
- Previous experience in a hospital or skilled nursing environment preferred
- Strong understanding of rehabilitation techniques and patient-centered care
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a fast-paced setting
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and develop personalized treatment plans for patients in a skilled nursing facility
- Deliver therapy interventions to promote functional independence and quality of life
- Document patient progress and confer with interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes
