Schedule/Hours:

  • Travel position with varying shifts tailored to support optimal patient care and work-life balance.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and carry out treatment segments aimed at restoring and enhancing patients physical, social, and mental functions.
  • Help develop and meet department objectives and therapy goals.
  • Function as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient care teams, actively participating in group sessions.
  • Document assessments, progress, and outcomes in alignment with hospital standards.
  • Collaborate with a range of healthcare professionals to deliver optimal, patient-centered care.

Qualifications:

  • Active Occupational Therapy license.
  • Experience working in hospital settings is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of assessment and intervention techniques for diverse patient populations.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
